IDEAL ROLE MODELS EXIST OR NOT!!!

Who is your role model? This is kinda familiar question we always encounter with. And many proudly tell the name of “Legends”. I am not questioning or criticizing you but just to share my perspective of what should be our true source of inspiration… I know some of you might have the same opinion like mine.

So if someone asks me “Who is your role model”? I say “I don’t have a role model”… then what or who inspires me???… I am not that kind of a person who just follows the footstep of a particular person but tends to create one for others…mm that’s seems cheesy right 😅? I have heard people saying their role model is he or she. And most of them names great personalities. The point is nobody in this world is perfect. Then what I follow is the uniqueness that lies in different persons, for what they’ve become someone else’s role model or I can say the unique traits that made them unique among others. Confused right 😅?? I’ll make it clear by telling you about, what my IDEAL ROLE MODEL looks like…

I can say I am inspired by the hospitality and humbleness of Mother Teresa, mental strength of Anne Frank, hardworking nature and patience of APJ Abdul Kalam, positive and live attitude of my classmate, strength and courage of my mother. So I wanted to adopt these traits in my life… Following the life example of just one or two person is not enough to widen ourselves. What I say is that capture and follow the positive traits of as much as people you encounter with and make them as your strengths. Sometimes they can be legends or just the ordinary people whom you interacts with. Remembering now an old proverb I’ve read in a book: “Fine feathers make fine birds”. The feather of a human is his traits that make him special. Everybody has some kind of positive traits that can inspire others… Capture these traits, make them as your strengths, widen yourself, be a better person and create your own footsteps…

So I conclude that I don’t have a particular role model but selectively extracted, ideal and unique traits of many inspiring people, becomes my source of inspiration, that widens my perspective to the life, to the people and to the world…
